What data we process

When you place an order we process your name, address, email address and payment details; through the contact form your name, email address, club and message. We never collect more than needed to handle your order or question.

What we use it for

• Processing and delivering your order
• Answering questions and requests
• Legal obligations, such as our administration

Who we share it with

Payments are handled by Stripe and shipping by DHL; they only receive the data required for that purpose. We never sell your data to third parties.

Retention

Order data is kept as long as legally required (7 years for tax purposes); contact form requests for a maximum of 2 years.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your data via player@guardiansticks.com. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
