14-day cooling-off period

You may return your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. The stick must be unused and in its original condition.

How to register a return

• Email player@guardiansticks.com within the cooling-off period, stating your order number
• You will receive our return instructions and the return address
• Ship the product within 14 days of your notice

Refund

After receiving and checking the return we refund the full purchase amount within 14 days, using the payment method you paid with.

Return costs

Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect — in that case we arrange and pay for the return.

Received damaged?

Report it within 48 hours of delivery via player@guardiansticks.com, including a photo; we will send a free replacement or issue a refund.
